Then why not join us at one or all of our LAMF events taking place at the Cathedral for our annual LAMF Day, on Saturday, April 29.

Join us for:

19:00 : Jazz Vocal Workshop and Talk on 28 April.

Composer Will Todd will lead an open choral workshop, taking singers through his famous work, and talking about his life and work as a composer: the 'ups and downs'.

11:00 : Rise and Shine Concert on 29 April.

Our Rise and Shine concert features three of our choirs: Liverpool64 adult community choir, Gilbert Scott Singers youth choir, and the Cathedral Junior Choir.

12:00 : The Spirit of Ukraine on 29 April

Join us to hear Ukrainian pianist and composer Alla Sirenko and mezzo-soprano Rozanna Madylus performing a piano and voice recital in aid of the children's hospitals in Ukraine, in association with The Ukrainian Cultural Association in the UK.

15:45 : Eastertide Organ Recital on 29 April

Eastertide Organ Recital given by Professor Ian Tracey, immediately following Choral Evensong at 3pm.

19:30 : Will Todd Jazz Missa Brevis on 29 April

Will Todd will conduct the Liverpool Cathedral Choir in a performance of his world-renowned Jazz Missa Brevis. This will feature Liverpool Cathedral Choir singing a selection of music from 20th and 21st-century sacred choral composers.
