Liverpool John Moores University Graduations November 2016

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming Liverpool John Moores University students, their families and friends as they celebrate their graduations on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th November.
We know that students been looking forward to this moment, the culmination of many years hard work and study and we want their graduation day to be as special and memorable as it can possibly be.
So why not join us at Morning Prayer at 8:30am or Holy Communion at 12:05pm on your graduation day. Our short services will include prayers for all those graduating and we would be delighted to welcome you, your family and friends.
Then you can treat yourself to breakfast or bacon butties on sale from 8am in our Welsford restaurant. Or if you prefer you can have a special lunch or snack as the Welsford is open all day.
You will have many treasured memories of your graduation but if you want to create a lasting reminder you could purchase an engraved brick in our “People’s Path”.
Congratulations to all graduates from us here at Liverpool Cathedral
Visiting Liverpool Cathedral during the Graduations
We continue to welcome visitors to the Cathedral outside of the ceremony times, and due to this access to the Main Cathedral is limited throughout the week. We have no public parking and the general public will not be able to access many parts of our beautiful building.
We are always open for prayer and our staff will be able to guide you to a chapel, Morning Prayer at 8:30am, and Holy Communion at 12:05pm will take place in the presentation theatre.
The general public can still access The Welsford Restaurant, Cathedral shop & Tower experience, via the Welsford entrance on the right side of the building (opposite Gambia Terrace).
Eating at the Cathedral
The Welsford remain opens for Graduation week with slightly changed opening hours - see below
