Marking the national day of reflection next month

Next month we will be marking the national day of reflection
On Wednesday 23 March 2022, we will be joining with Marie-Curie and using the second anniversary of the start of the first national COVID-19 lockdown to take some time to reflect on the last two years.
Last year, many people found it comforting to spend some time in the Cathedral, pausing to spend time remembering lost loved ones or reflecting on how life has changed, and this year you are warmly welcomed to join us to do so again.
In our vast space you will encounter peace and tranquillity. You may wish to tie a yellow ribbon around one of our illuminated trees, light a candle or take home a hand-made 'pastoral heart'. The Welsford Bistro will be open should you want to take time to relax with a cup of tea or coffee.
Entry to the Cathedral is free. You can find out more about the day here.
