Welcome from Dean Sue
Welcome to this weeks e-news.
Sunday’s Gospel reading from Luke recounts the sending out of the 70 others. The preparing the Sunday Gospel material on the Prayer For Liverpool Website suggests we reflect on the ‘Courier’ or the messenger. I wonder how you act as a courier, a messenger in God’s service?
Lord Jesus Christ,
you sent your messengers
to prepare the way before you.
Send us out in your name
to share your good news with others,
that all may hear of your love and power;
for you are our God. Amen.

The Ministry of Healing
It next takes place at our 10:30 am Choral Eucharist on Sunday 10th July; at the distribution of communion as previously. All welcome to come forward for prayers for healing if you wish. If people feel more comfortable with doing so, they can bring forward with them a written prayer request for prayers for healing.
You are welcome to join us for a celebration of Communion in a more catholic and charismatic style. It takes place in the Chapter House at 5:00 pm on Sunday 10th July. For more information, please speak to Revd. Debs Davies or Canon Neal.
Micah Liverpool Foodbank
Micah Liverpool is requesting food donations as the current climate has put new pressures on our food banks and our food stocks are running low. Liverpool Cathedral has a donation point at the entrance aisle of the cathedral and the items we are most in need of are UHT Milk, Tinned fish, Breakfast Cereal, and tinned tomatoes
