What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Bishop and Dean to deliver strategic and operational impact for the Diocese and Cathedral.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing staff team, creating a collaborative culture that supports growth and development.
- Ensure resources are aligned to achieve our mission goals, driving results across a complex governance landscape.
- Engage with diverse partners and stakeholders to strengthen our ministry’s reach and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven strategic leadership in a complex environment, whether from the private or public sector.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience navigating challenging governance frameworks.
- A leader with a heart for people, ready to build relationships and inspire collaboration at every level.
- Most importantly, a practising Christian of any denomination with a clear commitment to the mission of the Church of England, passionate about the Diocese of Liverpool’s future.
