‘Run the Race’ – Bible Study

‘Run the Race’ – a series of studies on Paul’s Second Letter to Timothy

Please join us for our ‘deep-dive’ Bible study series on what was probably Paul’s last letter.  Paul is in prison in Rome and expecting any day that he will be executed for his teaching about Jesus Christ. He is writing to Timothy, a young church leader in Ephesus. Seeing how Paul cares for Timothy and encourages him is very moving. And offers us in the contemporary church many good lessons for how we behave as a Christian community, 2000 years later!

There are six sessions to our 2 Timothy series. All our sessions will be on Wednesday evenings, on Zoom, 7.30pm – 9.00pm. Anyone is welcome to join. We begin on 11^th June and finish on 16^th July.

18^th June           Ch. 1                        Protecting what’s precious

25^th June          Ch. 2:1-13               Persevering in the Gospel

2^nd July             Ch. 2:14-26             Passing on the Gospel

9^th July              Ch. 3                         Helps and hindrances

16^th July            Ch. 4                        Preach the gospel
