Our Organ
The Cathedral organ is the largest pipe organ in the UK – an instrument of tremendous power and majesty, but also of serenity and calm. Its sole purpose is to aid worship by creating a reverent atmosphere.

The Schools
Singing Programme
Liverpool Cathedral Schools Singing Programme (SSP) has been working with primary schools since 2012. During this time, we’ve worked with some 8,000 children from over 40 schools, run more than 20 music projects, and given large-scale performances both at the cathedral and across this Diocese.
Music for Under 5s
Music in Unison’s Mini Maestros Method is a fun, progressive and comprehensive method for learning music and preparing for future instrumental playing. Our courses lay the building blocks for your child’s future musical education through play and real-life music-making.
