Slavery & Repentance African Enslavement and the Church: Voices of the unheard in a space shaped by silence

Welcome > Slavery & Repentance African Enslavement and the Church: Voices of the unheard in a space shaped by silence

This is a Free Exhibition at Liverpool Cathedral – It is a self-tour event, designed to allow people to explore the content, hear from affected people within our community and reflect on the narrative. This exhibition highlights the voices and views of people of African heritage from within the Cathedral community and those from the wider neighbourhood.
They share their reflections on our contested heritage and how the Cathedral might work towards repentance and reconciliation.
