Welsford
Winners of the complimentary street food item at The Welsford Bistro are required to present this card as proof of their prize. This item may only be redeemable during the Light Before Christmas show, taking place from 28 November to 6 December 2025 – 4:30pm to close. This voucher is valid for one item up to the value of £10 and must be redeemed from The Welsford’s designated Christmas street food menu. It is also non-transferable, cannot be in conjunction with other discounts or promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, copied, damaged or expired vouchers will not be replaced or accepted. Use of this voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Tower Experience
Winners of a complimentary Cathedral Tower Experience are required to present this card as proof of their prize at the Liverpool Cathedral Shop. Tours can only be booked at the Cathedral Shop. This voucher is valid from 16 October 2025 to 16 October 2026 and can only be used once. Please refer to the Cathedral website for opening times and restrictions. The voucher is valid for one transaction only, is non-transferable, cannot be in conjunction with other discounts or promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cathedral Shop Voucher
Valid 16 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, this voucher may be redeemed in person only at the Liverpool Cathedral Shop for 1 item only up to a total value of £10. If more than one item is selected for purchase, the voucher will be applied to the highest priced eligible item only. No cash or change will be given if the total spend is under £10. If the purchase exceeds £10, the balance must be paid at the time of redemption. Absolutely! There is lift access to the Main Space and whilst the Well has step access only, there a designated viewing point from the top of the Well that is accessible for all.
We do not have pram storage available for this years installation.
As long as you want it to! We recommend that each visit takes roughly 40 minutes to complete.
The Cathedral carpark operates on a first come, first serve basis. This is chargeable using an ANPR system, which you pay for at one of the pay points before you exit.
For this event, only service dogs are allowed to attend.

Yes! A quiet show is available from 16:30 to 17:00 on Wednesday 3rd December. With reduced capacity and lower music level, this session is designed to offer a more relaxed and comfortable experience, particularly for visitors with additional needs. Book here
Definitely! Visitors can do some Christmas shopping from our Cathedral Shop or enjoy a festive menu from the Welsford Bistro, once inside for the show.
Access to the Shop and Welsford will not be available from 3PM – until your slot.
